Originally from the Devon area, but now residing in Bristol, Jo & Sam knew that they wanted to get married in Devon, with all of their closest friends and family there With them. Wanting their weekend to be more than just their wedding, they hired Anran for 4 nights so that they could stay in the houses & surrounding accommodation, enjoying a relaxing, festive weekend with all of their closest friends & family. Both being extremely busy people working in the city, Anrans idillic countryside setting was perfect for them to relax all weekend, taking their dog Ralph out for long walks & enjoying food and drinks form the local pub.
After meeting 5 years ago in Bristol through mutual friends, Sam knew instantly that he had found the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. They spent the next few years travelling together, making a home for themselves in Bristol and bringing their 4 legged companion Ralph into the family. 4 years on, exactly 1 year before the wedding, Jo & Sam took a trip down to Salcombe for the weekend. Sam suggested taking the dog out for a stroll on beach, while the sun was shining, he took this perfect opportunity to pop the question to Jo. One year later & there they were, at Anran, tying the knot in Style!

After chatting with Jo & Sam before the wedding and from turning up on the wedding day, it was really clear that they had this huge group of friends that were all really close and cared a lot for each other. On the morning of the wedding, Sam and his groomsmen all went for breakfast at the local pub before getting ready, while Jo and all of her girls stayed athanor house, cooking their own fry up & getting themselves ready in the gorgeous Loft space in Anrans Manor House. The whole day was full of style, elegance, great food & perfect company.
